Off-Site Retreats
Our preferred way to work is in an off-site retreat style – one to three days, with at least one overnight. Stepping away from the office removes noise, gives space for the hard topics to surface, and lets the group “sleep on it” before returning with fresh perspective.
We chart a course to the predetermined result using disciplined frameworks to turn insight into decisions. Our hypothesis-driven approach (What would we have to believe is true for this vision to be realized?) is a significant tool during strategic planning off-site retreats. We apply 3×3 prioritization (no more than three branches per belief) to force real choice.
Outcome: clear priorities, accountable owners, a cadence you’ll keep—and renewed alignment.

We use a sandwich of Coach → Mentor → Coach.
